The External Affairs Coordinator works closely with the EA team to manage events and provide outreach and communication to internal and external partners and stakeholders. Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Tasks:
* Additional departmental projects and duties may be included as assigned
Data Management
- Creation and management of Event Calendar
- Maintain Email Recipient List
- Maintain External Partner List
- SOP Creation and management
Experience in:
- Social Media Platforms
- Microsoft Suite (Incl. Teams) Planner and SharePoint
- Data Entry
- Photography
- Canva/Graphic Design Platforms
