We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team.

Position Overview:
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to perform various administrative and clerical tasks to support our office operations. The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our office providing support to management staff and clients as needed.

Tasks

  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Greet visitors and provide assistance as required ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
  • Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory placing orders as needed.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments meetings and travel arrangements for staff members.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence memos letters and reports.
  • Perform data entry filing scanning and photocopying tasks as required.
  • Assist with organizing and coordinating office events and meetings.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role is preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook) and other office software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Problemsolving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Diploma or certificate in administration or a related field is advantageous.
