InfraHire is looking for an Administrative Assistant in Noblesville IN.
Job Description:

The primary emphasis for this role is currently on bookkeeping with the intention of incorporating tasks related to insurance audit processing and office administration.

Responsibilities:

  1. Deposit cash receipts post to broker accounts and manage overdue balances.
  2. Process returns from brokers and finance companies as well as payments to insurance companies and vendors.
  3. Compile biweekly payroll and generate associated tax reports and payments.
  4. Review and record invoice transactions addressing any necessary corrections.
  5. Prepare journal entries maintain general ledger balances and reconcile accounts.
  6. Conduct monthend closing procedures and distribute statements to brokers companies and finance entities.
  7. Execute insurance premium audits following company guidelines.
Qualifications:
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks.
  • Possession of an accounting degree or equivalent experience.
  • Capability to analyze information and resolve discrepancies.
  • Commitment to accuracy and attention to detail.
