Overview:

The Administrative Assistant plays a crucial role in the smooth operation of the organization by providing administrative and clerical support. They are responsible for handling various office tasks and ensuring that all administrative duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support such as data entry filing and managing correspondence
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings appointments and travel arrangements
  • Answer and direct phone calls emails and other correspondence
  • Assist in the preparation of reports presentations and documents
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies and equipment
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining office common areas
  • Handle requests and queries from senior managers
  • Manage office budgets and ensure costeffectiveness
  • Assist in organizing company events and employee teambuilding activities

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven work experience as an Administrative Assistant virtual assistant or office admin assistant
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint in particular)
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problemsolving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • High school diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Proficient typing and data entry skills
