If youre motivated by solving big problems, were hiring key roles across the company and need your help!Ouster is seeking an Administration Manager to be based in our Edinburgh office. This is a key role to help keep our team on track in a fast-paced environment. We are seeking an effective communicator who finds great satisfaction in working with people in a fast-paced office environment.Responsibilities:
Coordinate hiring tasks and schedule interviews, including contractors
Raise purchase requisitions / request new vendors to be added to Procurement System
Keep track on purchase orders / send invoices to Accounts / give approval of fortnightly payment runs
Track employee vacations / send master holiday sheet every month to Accounts team
Manage the office space / liaise with building management and contractors
Arrange DSE assessments as and when necessary
Book PAT testing of the appliances within office
Arrange travel and accommodation for engineers
Manage the workplace health & safety requirements
Deal with incoming mail / emails and telephone calls
Maintain office stationery / stock as needed
Keep track of equipment within office
Purchase snacks for office on a twice weekly basis
Assist in planning and arranging events
Work to enhance our team cohesiveness and working environmentRequirements:
Relevant qualification in business administration or similar
Three years experience in a similar roleWe acknowledge the confidence gap at Ouster. You do not need to meet all of theserequirements to be the ideal candidate for this role.
