- Knowledge of communication routing and networking - MUST - Knowledge of computer systems including laying infrastructure - MUST - Google G-Suite experience - MUST
- Experience with Amazon servers AWS EC2 and operating systems such as Linox and Windows - MUST
- FortiGate experience - An advantage
- Experience with CRM systems, call centers, VoIP- An advantage - Willingness to learn new systems and upgrade existing systems. - High level of English and Hebrew. -
- Ability to think outside of the box and take initiative.
- Availability to monitor and repair systems remotely (or on site) after hours, in case of IT crises.
