Position: Admin Executive
Experience: 05 years (Freshers are welcome to apply)
Location: Ahmedabad (Ambawadi)
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Work Timings: 09:00 AM to 07:00 PM

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate office activities and operations efficiently.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records and manage filing systems effectively.
  • Welcome and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Arrange meeting room bookings and ensure setup for meetings.
  • Organize and coordinate office events and functions.
  • Manage catering services for meetings and events.
  • Support the admin team with various tasks as required.
  • Assist with photocopying scanning and document binding.
  • Set up audiovisual equipment for meetings.
  • Report any office equipment issues to the IT department.
  • Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance and supplies.
  • Ensure timely payment of bills related to office services.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Minimum High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in a similar role will be an advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office suite).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
Working Conditions:
  • This role involves a mix of indoor and outdoor activities.
  • Ideal candidate must have a two wheeler
  • May require occasional lifting of heavy objects.
  • Flexible working hours may be required.
