This is a remote position.

An amazing opportunity to work with one of the best Mirrors and Art Consulting companies for an experienced vibrant and highly motivated Admin Coordinator.

Reporting to the President/CFO and working with direction from the team you will be a selfstarting highly organised and experienced Virtual Assistant. Experience working within the consulting industry would be advantageous.

Responsibilities:

  • Accomplishes department and organization mission by completing related tasks and projects as needed.
  • Provide a range of administrative services including but not limited to calendar management email correspondence data entry document organization and research.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes implement timesaving tools and strategies and enhance overall efficiency.
  • Maintain clear communication with clients ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.
  • Adhoc tasks



Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience with an art consulting firm or related industry is a great plus
  • Critical and analytical thinking abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel CRM and any cloudbased tools
  • Degree holder ()



Benefits

1. Monthly Salary: Php35000
2. Salary will be paid on a bimonthly basis on the 15th and 30th or 31st of each month
3. You will be paid extra for overtime and Philippines public holidays
4. Probation: 6 months and after Probation
  • 10 days annual leave credits
  • 5 days of sick leave
5. HMO offered after 6months probation
6. 13th Month Pay after 30 days

7. Laptop provided after 30 days
8. Permanent workfromhome role. You will have to use your own internet.
9. Annual Appraisal
10. SHIFT TIMES: 9PM to 6AM Philippine time Monday to Friday
