We are talent acquisition partners for all major insurance companies in India. We are hiring sales professionals for leading insurance companies like Max Life HDFC Life Edelweiss Tokio Kotak Life Aditya Birla Life and Bajaj Allianz Life.
Job Details:
- Required Experience: Minimum 4 to 5 years Agency experience or Agency training exp min 3 yrs (nonsales profiles will go on field with FLS & trained them how to convert sales in field)
- CTC Bracket: upto 8 LPA
- Educational Qualification: Any Graduate
- Location: Chandigarh
- Age: Below 35 years
- Candidate must have own conveyance
You will be responsible for:
- Recruitment and development of agents
- Strategizing about how to drive sales within the available product range and territory based on regional planning
