What we are looking for

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to design tailormade solutions for our partners and clients drive Strategic Alignment and project process optimization lead project execution and ensure seamless onboarding and offboarding of partners. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset exceptional organizational skills and a passion for delivering highquality results.


What does the job involve

  • Partner with the leadership team to explore solutions for our partners and clients; conduct research and take ideas from vision to implementation.
  • Lead the execution and management of client projects and onboarding and offboarding of partners.
  • Manage and organize the preparation of clientfacing material in partnership with applicable stakeholders.
  • Lead strategic planning processes for our project teams; align priorities with partner organization teams and ensure execution.
  • Manage overall project teams operations define objectives and key results and ensure optimal execution on all projects.
  • Manage the project teams and ensure members are accountable to key deliverables and outputs.
  • Explore opportunities for process improvement innovation and unlocking project teams capacity.
  • Design and test systems to improve the delivery and quality of client projects.
  • Design interactive dashboards for easy visualization and interpretation of project assignments.
  • Ensure quality of monthly client reporting.


Qualifications

  • 35 years of professional experience in an organizational operations or generalist role.
  • An ability to take tasks from a highlevel strategic idea to rapid execution with a large amount of autonomy and conscientiousness.
  • A track record of being a selfstarter and leader including comfort with ambiguity and dynamic environments and work streams.
  • Exceptional communication skills including: written communications.
  • Strong interpersonal skills including: the ability to work in teams manage up and demonstrate high levels of empathy.
  • Exceptional professionalism in handling sensitive issues in a mature and efficient manner.
  • Ability to work with international crosscultural and diverse teams.
  • Experience working in startups and fastpaced environments.
