candidate will be the expert in Active Directory and Mainframe RACF.
knowledge of access provisioning in areas such as LDAP Unix various databases driving an extensive transformation project to modernize the environment consolidate domains and leverage cloudbased identity services.
Conduct requirements gathering and joint design sessions with multiple stakeholders.
Provide leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle including evaluating business requirements and security technologies planning technology deployment mentoring security engineering teams and soliciting feedback from security operations teams and other internal customers
Effectively liaise with other teams in information security & risk management infrastructure & architecture management as well as business functions.
Contribute to the development of overall technical strategies designs standards and procedures that support business strategies.
Advising on strategies to mitigate the technical based risk.
To understand the technical infrastructure problems challenges and complexities that exist within each stream or area of programme.
Ensuring adherence to appropriate standards of technical best practice.
Provide Quality and Technical Assurance on technical work packages.

Desired skills:
Experience in designing/implementing large scale of Identity Access Management technologies from OpenAM/OpenIG or OpenSSO based solutions providing authentication and authorization services.
Experience in databases application servers operating systems and network infrastructure. Experience on provisioning and federated access to Cloud/SaaS applications hands on experience on EmpowerID is highly desirable.
Experience in Identity Domain utilizing protocols such as SingleSignOn (SSO) Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML) OAuth OpenID Connect (OIDC) System for CrossDomain Identity Management (SCIM) Light Weight Directory Access (LDAP).
Experience in the IAM space managing & implementing Enterprise scale/high volume IAM platforms.
You must have demonstrable experience in architecting and delivering IAM solutions both from a technical (infrastructure) perspective as well as from a process (e.g. joinersmoversleavers) perspective
You should have 5 years experience in a management role within security
Familiar with Privileged access management.
Excellent written oral communication and reporting skills.
Strong presentation skills with an excellent standard of English
Strong problem solving and analytical skills with a troubleshooting mindset
