Located in Sidcup an outstanding firm of chartered accountants is on the lookout for an Accounts Senior/ Senior Accountant to become a pivotal part of their thriving team. As you evolve in both the firm and your role you will assume escalating responsibilities in a handson capacity providing comprehensive services such as accounts management accounts VAT bookkeeping and planning to a diverse portfolio of key clients. Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering accounts management accounts VAT bookkeeping and planning services to a varied client base.
  
• Preparing financial statements for limited companies partnerships and sole traders.
  
• Compiling corporate tax computations and returns.
  
• Offering bookkeeping and management accounting services.
  
• Assisting clients and staff with cloud accounting software.
  
• Ensuring meticulous maintenance and updating of accounting records for clients.
  
• Overseeing and preparing quarterly VAT returns.
  

Requirements

• Ideal candidates for this position will hold qualifications such as AAT ACA ACCA or possess equivalent experience.
  
• A background in accountancy practice with experience in small/medium/large independent firms or Top 50/Mid or Top Tier firms.
  
• Operating at the Accounts Semi Senior or Senior level or equivalent with a track record of delivering diverse accountancy practice services to clients ranging from sole traders and partnerships to limited companies.
