Position Overview:

As an Accounts Receivable Coordinator you will play a vital role in ensuring the financial health of our company by managing and maintaining accurate records of outstanding invoices and payments. You will collaborate closely with our clients internal teams and management to facilitate timely payments and resolve any billing discrepancies. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate and distribute accurate and timely invoices to clients.
  • Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on overdue payments.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to resolve billing inquiries and discrepancies.
  • Process incoming payments including checks credit card payments and electronic transfers.
  • Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are properly accounted for.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing issues and streamline invoicing processes.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of all accounts receivable transactions.
  • Assist with monthend and yearend closing processes as needed.
  • Prepare reports on accounts receivable status for management review.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience working in accounts receivable or a similar finance role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks SAP or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Detailoriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
