Accounts Receivable Accountant (In Office) (FULL Time)
Education requirement:
2 or 4 year degree in Accounting
Experience requirement:
5 years AR accounting experience
5 year Microsoft Office Excel and Word experience
3 years of construction industry experience
A1A Contract experience a major PLUS (not required)
Foundation Software a major PLUS (not required)
Notary a PLUS (not required)
Prepare billings for large and small projects
AR collections follow up weekly and monthly on overdue invoices
Research review reconcile customer accounts AR aging and AR statements
Prepare purchase orders
Prepare weekly P/L by Job report ...& more!
