Accounts Payable Specialist Direct-Hire

Solano Countybased client is seeking a directhire Accounts Payable Specialist to provide assistance with the AP operations of the company. This is a hybrid position with a pay rate between $24$28/hour depending upon relevant experience. For further information regarding this position please attach your resume.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Process a high volume of invoices in a timely manner
• Review POs and and resolve any discrepancies as required
• Provide support for AP communications between external vendors and company staff
• Verify GL balances as needed and and ensure the accuracy of AP subledgers
• Process expense reports as needed
• Provide support for audit processes
• Perform or support other related projects/duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 13 years of experience in accounting or related field
• Fullcycle accounts payable experience required
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fastpaced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Prior experience in hospitality/healthcare/housing is preferred
• Experience using Excel (entry to midlevel
