I am hiring for accounts payable executive.
Raise the purchase order for incoming raw materials.
Raise the debit notes/ credit notes for material defects/ quality defects etc.
Track the raw materials flow from origin to hubs and from hub to our plant.
Prepare reconciliation of raw materials quantity along with identifications of process losses etc.
Passing proper entries in books for matching the inventory on regular basis.
Follow up with SCM team on getting credit notes from vendor for all debit notes raised by us.
Preparation of various MIS reports relates to Accounts payable.
