As an Accounts Payable / Inventory Control Specialist you will play a crucial role in the financial and inventory management processes. Your responsibilities will include submitting credit applications to suppliers and setting up creditor accounts in EXO.

• Previous experience in accounts and inventory.
  
• Highly competent in computing skills especially programs such as MYOB Exo Outlook Word Excel and web browsers.
  
• Unparalleled attention to detail to ensure a high standard of accuracy in data entry.
  
• Strong communication time management and personal organizational skills.
  
• Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
  
• Friendly willing and helpful with a positive attitude toward work.
  
• Goes the extra mile to meet expectations.
  
• Resourceful and uses initiative to suggest possible solutions to problems.
  
• Foresees possible problems and takes proactive action to prevent them.

• Submit credit applications to suppliers and setup creditor accounts in EXO.
  
• Manage inflow of supplier invoices via email and mail and match to supplier delivery dockets.
  
• Reconcile supplier invoices to purchase orders and receipt inventory into EXO at the correct price.
  
• Advise suppliers of pricing discrepancies and short payments.
  
• Pay any 7day accounts due via NAB Connect.
  
• Match supplier statements with invoices and reconcile with creditor accounts in EXO and submit to Finance Manager for payment approval.
  
• Submit Creditors Ledger Report to management once all supplier invoices have been entered for the previous month.
  
• Pay any 30day accounts due via NAB Connect.
  
• Log all supplier price rise notifications and update EXO prices as necessary.
