Job Description
Responsibilities:
Handle daytoday accounting activities including accounts payable and receivable invoice
processing and general ledger entries.
Prepare and file income tax returns for the company in compliance with relevant tax laws and
regulations.
Handle GSTrelated tasks including tax calculations filing returns and maintaining records of GST
transactions.
Manage TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) processes including deduction deposit and filing of TDS
returns.
Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accurate and uptodate financial records.
Maintain accurate and organized records of financial transactions and documents.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements reports and budgets.
Collaborate with the finance team to support financial analysis and forecasting.
Stay updated with changes in tax laws and regulations and ensure compliance in all financial
activities.
Coordinate with external auditors during the audit process and provide necessary documentation
and information.
Assist in other accountingrelated tasks and projects as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of income tax filing procedures and regulations.
Familiarity with GST TDS and other taxation laws and processes.
Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office applications.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial recordkeeping.
Good analytical and problemsolving skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
High level of integrity and commitment to maintaining confidentiality
