Overview:

The Accounts Executive plays a critical role in managing the financial aspects of the organization. This position is essential for ensuring accurate financial recordkeeping analyzing financial information and supporting the financial decisionmaking process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
  • Prepare and maintain financial records and reports.
  • Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
  • Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to management.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulations.
  • Process payroll and employee expense reimbursements.
  • Reconcile financial discrepancies and rectify inaccuracies.
  • Coordinate with external auditors during financial audits.
  • Assist in the preparation of tax returns and compliance reporting.
  • Review and analyze financial statements to identify discrepancies or trends.
  • Develop and maintain internal controls.
  • Provide support to the finance and accounting team.
  • Utilize accounting software to manage financial transactions.
  • Communicate with vendors clients and internal stakeholders regarding financial matters.
  • Participate in financial meetings and provide insights and recommendations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or relevant field.
  • Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or similar role.
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial recordkeeping.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in financial analysis and reporting.
  • Understanding of internal controls and financial best practices.
  • Ability to maintain confidential information with integrity.
  • Professional certification such as CPA or CMA is a plus.
