Our client is an established law firm who have recently set up new offices in Milton Keynes. Experts in Conveyancing including mortgage and transfer of equity the firm is rapidly expanding.

We are currently hiring an experienced legal Accounts Assistant to join the practice on a fulltime basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Accounts payable and receivable
  • Support with balance sheet reconciliations and credit card statements
  • Assist with MI reports and monthend reporting
  • Credit Control
  • Process daily payment run
  • Liaise frequently with the Conveyancing Solicitors on queries or disputes relating to ledger balances

Criteria:

  • Previous experience as an Accounts Assistant is essential
  • Proven experience in MI Reporting
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Problem solving capabilities coupled with excellent attention to detail
  • A selfstarter with the ability to work on own initiative and under pressure
