Job Description

We are presently recruiting for an Account s Administrator for our clients in Tralee County Kerry. Reporting to the Office Manager you will be responsible for processing debtors and ledgers and providing support to the finance team as required as well as general administration duties. This is a fulltime position Monday to Friday 95:30pm in the Tralee office.

Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain financial records including accounts payable and receivable.

Process invoices receipts and financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner.

Reconcile bank statements and ensure financial data integrity.

Assist in budget preparation and financial reporting.

Monitor and analyse financial information to identify discrepancies.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve financial queries.

Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulations.

Provide administrative support to the finance department.

Qualifications experiences and skills:

An Accounting Technician degree is highly desirable.

1 year experience in a similar position.

Experience with the SURF software is advantageous.

Experience of working with Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint to a very high standard is essential.
