This is a remote position.

Job Overview:

As an Accounts & Admin Assistant you will be an integral part of our team responsible for managing accounts handling invoice entry setting up projects on Wrike and supporting various administrative tasks. This multifaceted role requires a blend of financial acumen administrative prowess and proficiency with software tools with a particular focus on Xero and Excel.


Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Administration:
  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records using Xero.
  • Process invoices payments and expense claims in a timely and precise manner.
  • Reconcile accounts to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
Invoice Entry:
  • Efficiently enter and manage invoices ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to invoicing.
Wrike SetUp:
  • Utilize Wrike our project management tool to set up and organize projects.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure proper task allocation and tracking within Wrike.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members on effective use of Wrike.

Other Administrative Tasks:
  • Assist with general administrative duties including document management scheduling and communication.
  • Work closely with various departments to streamline administrative processes.
  • Handle adhoc tasks as needed to support the smooth functioning of the organization.



Requirements

  • Xero Knowledge: Proficient in using Xero for accounts management and financial administration.
  • Excel Proficiency: Strong skills in Excel for data analysis reporting and financial modeling.
  • Administrative Expertise: Solid experience in general administrative tasks with a keen attention to detail.
  • Wrike Knowledge: Familiarity with Wrike is beneficial but not essential. Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools is crucial.
  • Software Proficiency: Demonstrated proficiency in using various software tools for efficient task management and organization.
