Our US MNC client a world leader in the manufacturing of construction mining and other engineering equipment is hiring for their shared service setup.
The requirment is for CA PQE 7 years with exp in financial reporting assuring Responsibility for quality of Financial Statements and finalisation of Statutory Audits for various legal entities in accordance with the local regulatory requirements.
Main operational points:
Job Location: Bangalore KAIndia.
Work Timings : 03:00PM 12:00Noon IST or 06:00PM 03:00AM IST
Candidates located in Bangalore or Chennai or areas of south only (open to relocation) are preferred.
Highlights of the role:
The position is accountable for High Integrity Financial Reporting in compliance with various local accounting standards in Asia including strong
Job Duties: Finalization of Audit Primary Responsibility for quality of Financial Statements and finalisation of Statutory Audits for various legal entities in accordance with the local regulatory requirements Ensure Audit milestones are met through seamless coordination with the internal functional teams and the auditors Handle audit escalations and support team technically and personally in ensuring successful audit completion Decide on matters involving complex accounting treatments critical observations materiality estimates and judgements. Engage leadership / technical experts as required where audit opinion / quality / timeliness is impacted. Trusted Advisor. Lead a Team
Desired Profile (Education/Experience)
Qualified Chartered Accountant with 7 years of experience in handling Statutory Audits and other areas of local financial reporting.
Experience in accounting in US GAAP & IFRS / any Asia FRS
Experience in SAP or other ERP is preferred
Big 4 experience will be an advantage
Basic Knowledge of Compliances relating to Taxes / Secretarial / trade /Currency to the extent impacting financial reporting will be required
Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills required.
Other Preferred Skills: Knowledge of industry general accounting practices proactive demonstrate strong leadership and high EQ Maintaining stable performance under demanding business needs and support to the Business to the urgency.
