Accounting Finance Executive

About the Company

Responsibilities

We re looking for an experienced Accounting & Finance Executive to be part of a team supporting the company and group s operations in Singapore.

• Process invoices and prepare payments;
  
• Verify employee claims for processing;
  
• Managing cashflows and prepare timely reports;
  
• Perform bank reconciliations;
  
• Prepare and perform statutory submissions in a timely manner;
  
• Correspond with relevant regulators as necessary;
  
• Ensure that accounting systems are uptodate and accurate
  

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting with relevant experience;
  
• Ability to work with deadlines;
  
• Meticulous nature and high accuracy;
  
• Ability to work well in a team as well as individually with minimal supervision;
  
• Positive attitude and good work ethic;
  
• Experience in SAP and Microsoft Office.

• This is a permanent role;
  
• Hybrid work arrangement.
