Job Overview:
The Accounting Director at EVES holds a pivotal role in overseeing tasks maintaining the highest level review and verifying all client work. This position involves implementing checks and balances as well as ensuring rigorous quality control measures are in place. The incumbent is responsible for ensuring accuracy completeness and adherence to standards across all accounting processes guaranteeing the delivery of toptier services to our clientele.
Responsibilities:

• Oversee and comprehend all daily weekly and monthly accounting procedures.
• Conduct training sessions to familiarize teams with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) ensuring accuracy in their work and monitor their performance regularly.
• Perform monthly staff evaluations to establish growth objectives and identify areas for improvement.
• Optimize task delegation to enhance efficiency by leveraging the strengths and weaknesses of the team.
• Coach and continually develop the team to ensure comprehensive understanding of all processes.
• Address issues respond to inquiries and handle requests from the US team.
• Utilize ClickUp for documenting tasks responsibilities team monitoring and communication with the US team.
• Attain expertise in R365 software Dine systems and relevant tools.
• Identify discrepancies and inefficiencies in SOPs across the team and communicate improvement suggestions to the US team.
• Oversee a specialized team handling consulting tasks balance sheet cleanups Custom Financial report creation client onboarding budgets and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).

Job Qualifications:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in a similar position.
• Preferably with experience in public accounting or the restaurant and retail industry.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with the ability to manage accounting staff effectively.
• Solid financial statement skills and understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Strong Excel and ERP skills.
• Willingness to adapt to a nontraditional work shift overlapping with US working hours (2 pm to 11 pm Mon to Fri).
• Strong communication skills with fluency in English both verbally and in writing.
• Applicant must be willing to work onsite at 2nd floor AD Taccad Building Enrile Boulevard Carig Sur Tuguegarao City Cagayan.
