Accounting Clerk Full time

We are seeking an Accounting Clerck with experience and knowledge in accounts payable or accounts receivable as well as intermediate accounting skills. This role is crucial to ensuring the accurate recording and organization of our companys financial transactions.

Tasks

Responsibilities:

• Accurately record and verify transactions related to accounts payable or accounts receivable.
• Maintain the accuracy of financial records through account reconciliations.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and presentations as needed.
• Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure consistency and integrity of financial information.
• Contribute to maintaining appropriate accounting policies and procedures.
• Participate in internal and external audits as needed.

Requirements

Requirements:

Previous experience in accounting roles preferably with a focus on accounts payable or accounts receivable.

Intermediate knowledge of accounting software and office tools such as Excel and Quickbooks.

Ability to work in an organized manner and maintain attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Integrity and reliability in handling confidential financial information.
