Accounting and Controlling Specialist

Were looking for an Accounting and amp; Controlling Specialist for one of the biggest cultural institutions in Budapest.

Description:

• Prepare accurate financial reports for Hungarian authorities and HQ.
• Manage payments invoices VAT and maintain accounting records.
• Participate in HR matters such as employment contracts and payroll.
• Implement financial controls and ensure adherence to internal procedures.
• Ensure timely tax filings and stay updated on tax regulations.
• Monitor and optimize cash flow to maintain financial stability.
• Assist in budget development and provide oversight on budgetary matters.

Requirements:

• BA or MA degree in finance or economics
• Minimum 5 years of experience accounting and controlling
• Good organization and communication skills
• Outstanding roblemsolving and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail
• Good interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English and Hungarian
• High level Excel and other Office skills
