Job Summary:
Under the supervision of the Controller and participating as part of a team this position is responsible for rent collection and processing bookkeeping and propertylevel accounting billing and payment processing and the maintenance of accurate records.
Responsibilities:
Main Tasks:
- Recording monthly rent transactions
- Processing payments and owner draws
- Creating and updating monthly client reporting packages
- Transactional accounting tasks (bank reconciliation journal entries creating bills and invoices)
- Communicating with clients and responding to accounting inquiries
- Updating and maintaining accurate tenant and client ledgers
- Assisting team members with accountingrelated inquiries and questions
Requirements
Skills & Knowledge:
- At least 1 year of experience with Quickbooks Online
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Experience using productivity software (Monday Asana Notion etc.)
- Must have Fiber Optic internet with at least 25 Mbps bandwidth
- Must have a backup desktop or laptop with the latest OS
- Must be able to work from 9PM 5AM
