Accounting Analyst

Location: Spotsylvania VA22551

Responsibilities:

Review weekly meal reports against POS system.

Accurate billing to clients and submitted timely.

Monthly review of all vendor statements for any unaccountedfor AP invoice

Review Meal trends and hourly labor Schedule support local team on reviewing Food Cost Per Meal. Make recommendations for areas of improvement

Identifying and correcting internal control weaknesses at servicelevel operations.

Assisting location management and corporate accounting department in monthly quarterly and annual financial reconciliation and analysis particularly during the monthend close process consolidation and analysis of weekly monthly and annual reporting and projection processes.

Monthly Forecast adjustments; align with expectation.

Ad Hoc Request and research from RDM and RFD.

Qualifications/Certifications:

Technical Knowledge and Key Attributes:

Minimum of 2 5 years experience in a similar role.

Knowledge of Oracle is an advantage but not essential.

Highly analytical with a good knowledge of Microsoft Excel. part qualified Accountant is an advantage but not essential.

Flexible and adaptable team player Highly motivated.

The candidate will go through district Fingerprint and CAC.
