Accounting Analyst

We are seeking a motivated qualified individual to join our company as an Accounting Analyst. As part of our finance team you will collaborate with departmental leadership to perform regular reporting of all company finances forming highlevel views of our current assets expenditures trends and financial forecasts. You will create and deliver reports to key leadership and stakeholders allowing for efficient informed decisionmaking at all levels and assist the Director of Finance in creating reports for stakeholders and regulatory agencies. Our ideal candidate has a bachelors degree in finance CPA certification and prior professional experience in a corporate accounting environment.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Work with various departmental leadership to perform regular financial audits
  
• Create and disseminate relevant financial reports to key leadership and decisionmakers
  
• Write recommendation briefs regarding financial processes that can be improved for greater operational efficiency or transparency
  
• Collaborate with various leadership to ensure regulatory compliance on all financial matters
  
• Maintain a thorough working knowledge of our ERP CRM and database
  
• Interface between 3^rd party IT support and system users; logging all incoming problems requests and actions taken to resolve them ensuring closed problems are adequately documented.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in finance or related field; masters degree or higher preferred. CPA certification a plus
  

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant prior experience in a corporate accounting environment especially in roles related to dashboards KPIs analytics big data inventory and product profitability.
  

• Excellent communication analytical and organizational skills and ability to responsibly maintain confidential and sensitive information.
  

• Mathematical proficiency
  

• Expert level of Microsoft Office and related software applications Emphasis in Excel
  

• Expert level of Microsoft Power BI
  

• High proficiency in use of ERP and/or CRM or other database software
  

• Ability to multitask work independently and with teams.
