This is a remote position.
- Bank and credit card transactions processing and reconciliation
- Maintaining expense tracking record including liaising with crew members
- AP AR and payroll support
- Assistance with endofmonth reconciliations and reporting
Requirements
- All round experienced accounts assistant with a common sense approach
- Ability to work and solve problems independently
- Diligent precise and with a strong attention to detail
- Experience working with multiple currencies will be advantageous but not necessary
- Experience with Xero Dext and Microsoft Office (in particular Excel) is highly desirable
- Good people and communications skills
- Ability to prioritise workloads
