Job Description

Responsibilities:
1. Manage daytoday accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable general ledger entries and financial reporting.
2. Conduct thorough financial analysis and provide insights to support strategic decisionmaking.
3. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure accurate and timely completion of financial activities.
4. Prepare and review financial statements budgets and forecasts to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
5. Lead funding initiatives including identifying potential sources of funding preparing funding proposals and managing relationships with investors and lenders.
6. Perform due diligence on potential funding opportunities evaluating financial risks and opportunities.
7. Maintain uptodate knowledge of accounting regulations and industry best practices and ensure compliance with relevant standards.
8. Support audits and reviews by providing documentation and explanations as needed.
9. Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on accounting principles and procedures.
10. Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
2. Minimum of 23 years of experience in accounting or finance roles with a focus on financial analysis and reporting.
3. Experience in funding initiatives including fundraising investor relations or loan management.
4. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts.
5. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
6. Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
7. Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
8. Detailoriented with a high level of accuracy and integrity.
9. Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
10. Experience with due diligence processes preferred.
