Job Description:
As an Accountant at VATIO Energy India Pvt Ltd you will be responsible for managing all financial transactions from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets. You will provide accurate quantitative information on financial position liquidity and cash flows while ensuring compliance with all tax regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all accounting transactions and prepare budget forecasts.
- Publish financial statements in time and handle monthly quarterly and annual closings.
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable ensuring timely bank payments and collection processes.
- Compute taxes and prepare tax returns balance sheet profit/loss statement etc.
- Audit financial transactions and documents reinforcing financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary.
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or relevant field.
- Proven work experience as an Accountant or similar role.
- Handson experience with accounting software like Tally Zoho Books CRM.
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
- Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables.
- Certification (CA) is a plus.
