As an Accountant you will be immersed in a diverse range of responsibilities crucial to financial operations. Your role will encompass Lease and Renewal Audit and Signature processes ensuring accuracy and compliance in contractual agreements.

• Minimum 2 years business accounting experience.
  
• Excellent Englishlanguage communication skills (oral and written).
  
• Excellent educational credentials with a focus on accounting.
  
• Experience in working in a dynamic company.
  
• Desired Additional Qualifications:
  
• Familiarity with GAAP accounting standards.
  
• CPA a plus but not required
  
• Ability to multitask and complete tasks regularly on a daily weekly monthly and annual basis
  

• Lease and Renewal Audit and Signature
  
• Rental accounting tasks
  
• Invoice approval and payment
  
• Billing for services where needed
  
• Managing compliance of transitions of properties clients tenant requests
  
• Creation of 1099s
  
• Creating and updating reporting on a regular basis and when requested by leadership
  
• Additional tasks as needed excellent communication and attention to detail are a must
