To expand our business we are hiring for an Accountant.

Tasks

Responsibilities

• Compile financial data for use in maintaining accounting records;
• Perform standard bookkeeping functions;
• Provide timely and accurate financial reports;
• Ensure financial reconciliation;
• Prepare (international) VAT calculations;
• Collaborate with other finance teams to structurally strengthen our core of financial processes.
• Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision;
• Support the finance team during the monthend closing and yearend process to ensure all deadlines are met.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Relevant degree in Finance or related business discipline from an academic institution;
• Previous experience in a similar role;
• Organization planning skills and the ability to prioritize;
• Rigorous commitment to accuracy and detail;
• Negotiation and influencing skills;
• Effective management skills (upwards and downwards) and the willingness to coach and train others;
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills;
• Good command of English.
