In this role youll manage the energy subledgers for accounts receivables and payables ensuring accuracy efficiency and compliance with ICS controls and regulations. What you will do:

• Ensuring timely and professional invoicing
• Maintenance of debtor master data
• Efficient and effective dunning process
• Checking and clearing the accounts receivable open item list
• Processing invoices in the VIM (electronic workflow)
• Posting invoices with and without order reference
• Checking and clearing the goods / invoice receipt account
• Executing the payment run
• Intercompany preliminary reconciliation of subledgers

What you Bring & who you are:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Business Administration
• Additional finance and accounting education is advantageous
• Practical experience in accounting customs and VAT
• Proficiency in SAP and excellent Excel skills
• Exceptional selfmanagement and problemsolving skills
  
• Strong communication abilities and assertiveness
• High resilience under pressure
• Fluent in English; German proficiency (C1 level) is required
