Chaloner has partnered with Prosek on their search for an Account Supervisor, Digital Strategy to join their team.


We are in search of a talented strategist to join our fast-growing digital team at Prosek. We are looking for a self-starter interested in bringing best-in-class digital strategy and creative to life for our financial and professional services clients.


Our team is made up of writers, designers, strategists, analysts, aspirational TikTok stars, and wannabe Twitch streamers. An Account Supervisor plays a lead role across the firm. You are expected to have the skills and behaviors needed to up-level client work, build culture and drive growth for the firm. While you should be a big-picture thinker, you also need to be able to lead and inspire teams to turn big ideas into action. Most of all, you need to be an incredible people manager who enjoys developing and mentoring junior staff, a critical aspect of our growing team.


In this role, you must be an expert in social media platform-specific best practices and campaign analysis, skilled at partnering with creative teams to deliver best-in-class campaigns for our clients and have experience executing paid media. This candidate will be expected to create content on behalf of our clients, monitor earned and owned activity across relevant platforms and cultivate online relationships with target audiences through paid, owned and earned channels.


You will have the opportunity to partner across disciplines to create digital-first strategies for earned media amplification, paid media campaigns, creative development, and social media content and develop data-driven insights for clients to ensure we're moving the needle.

Responsibilities



  • Work as a member of integrated client teams to drive digital and social initiatives such as content development, paid media amplification, creative campaign development, analytics and measurement, social listening and community management

  • Develop and mentor direct reports through coaching, consistently providing feedback, holding them accountable, conducting their reviews, and overseeing their professional development

  • Manage tactical execution of digital advertising and social media programming, including content development, community management and influencer engagement

  • Oversee team members responsible for developing first drafts of social content, blog posts, analytics reports, internal and external memos, and client recommendations

  • Develop and launch paid social campaigns, including platform and audience targeting, based on client marketing objectives

  • Develop and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, messaging and audience identification

  • Have familiarity and experience in a wide range of digital tactics, including measurement and analytics, organic and paid social media, email marketing and digital reputation management

  • Produce client-ready written communications and have strong verbal communication with our clients

  • Articulate the capabilities and services of the digital practice across the team, as well as with existing and potential clients

  • Proactively flag emerging digital trends, opportunities and risks for clients and internal stakeholders in a timely and strategic manner

  • Manage operational and financial performance of client teams, ensuring quality work, effective processes and that client requests are handled in a timely and strategic manner

  • Demonstrate deep expertise in your client's business and industry and know your client's competitors

  • Contribute to new business development, including RFP responses, proposal writing, client pitches and prospecting

  • Become involved in recruitment and evaluate potential new hires to determine if they would work well with Prosek


Required Skill Set


Digital Acumen



  • Deep understanding of the social media ecosystem and related best practices for incumbent (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter) and emerging (e.g., TikTok, Clubhouse) platforms

  • Demonstrated proficiency in social media copywriting and digital content creation

  • Familiarity with digital tools like Khoros, Spredfast, TalkWalker, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, SEMRush and others

  • Experience in a wide range of digital specialty areas, including measurement and analytics, organic and paid social media, PPC and digital display advertising, email marketing, digital reputation management, and influencer partnerships

  • Ability to manage cross-functional integrated teams across digital, creative, content and PR.

  • Write and develop strategic, persuasive, client documents and presentations

  • Assist team members with developing and advancing their digital skills

  • Communication and Presentation Skills

  • Ability to forge strong relationships with clients and cross-discipline internal teams

  • Create and take formal speaking roles in client and new business presentations

  • Manage the flow of work among junior team members to ensure that client objectives are met

  • Act as "champion" of the team and ensure that the staff is motivated, engaged and working to potential

  • Exceptional communication skills and experience providing client counsel as needed


Business Development



  • Take the initiative to seek new business opportunities, both from current and new clients; present new ideas to senior managers

  • Identify new business prospects

  • Close or help to close new business opportunities through development and execution of presentation and proposals

  • Market Prosek to your clients and establish and maintain the reputation of the firm

  • Actively participate in agency-wide events and activities


Professional Background



  • 4-7 years of relevant digital, social media, or creative experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, or a related field

  • Experience at a public relations, advertising, marketing or communications agency is a plus

  • Experience working within a regulated field such as financial and professional services preferred
