Account Payable Specialist internship

In Barcelona Spain

Missions :

• Look after payables to hotels and the financial commitments of our company.
• To manage different informations systems.
• To maintain spreadsheets and database.
• To organise payment to suppliers.
• To do bank reconciliation.
• To do accounting reconciliation and monthly closing.
• To follow up hotels payables accounts.

Qualities & required competencies :

• Native in Spanish. Fluency in French and/or English is a big plus
• High level of Microsoft office especially in Excel.
• Open minded multitasking organised with great communication skills multi software & able to deal with deadline plus.

Training:

• 3 years of higher education specialising in finance/accounting / business administration/ economics or similar.
