The role:As our Account Manager for the US and LATAM markets you will oversee a designated Client portfolio serving as the primary commercial point of contact for our clients. Your role is pivotal in ensuring their success on our global marketplace by facilitating regular transactions on the platform. We are looking for someone who is proactive independent and organized capable of maintaining positive and professional relationships with all clients. As an Account Manager you should be fearless in your approach ready to actively engage in daily calls with a clear drive to make clients successful and provide unwavering support.

Location: Madrid
**Market: You will be targeting the US and LATAM market and so this will require you to work within US working hours

Requirements

Your Impact:

  • Deliver an exceptional experience by understanding and aligning with our clients business goals
  • Forge and maintain strong client relationships enhancing satisfaction and revenue generation
  • Embed xChange into clients daily operations making it an integral part of their business and driving increased transactions
  • Develop sustainable business pipelines and communicate strategies that enhance ROI and engagement
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure support for your accounts.
  • Regularly engage with clients through phone calls and meetings

  • Prior experience managing large SMB portfolios ideally within SaaS/digital/logistics environment
  • Expert in developing and nurturing professional B2B relationships understanding the nuances of client needs and expectations.
  • A true hunter at heart enthusiastic about jumping on calls daily actively seeking out opportunities and relentlessly pursuing new business potential
  • A proactive selfstarter characterized by a highenergy drive and a handson approach ready to dive into challenges and drive rapid growth
  • Fluent in English with Spanish proficiency being a significant asset for engaging effectively in the LATAM market.
