Account Manager

• This role will report to Head of IT at Allianz Technology, Thailand.
  
• Manage, shapes and maintains the relationship to customers as central point of contact, and is responsible for the demand management of AZ Technology products, services or project packages.
  
• Support and prioritize the Allianz Technology service deployment agenda and handle the interface from OE customer requirements to Allianz Technology projects or services including quotes and offers.
  
• Drives the translation of customer requirements into actions for the delivery of products and continuously align the financial account plan, also ensure revision and tracking of the account plan.
  
• Facilitate issue resolution in projects & services and coordinates internal resources.
  
• Support the overall invoicing, cash and contractual topics, owns the customers profit and loss statement and drives the monitoring of quantitative and qualitative delivery targets in terms of progress, time and quality.
  
• Works with the OE to create budgets for build and run services.
  

Requirements

• Degree in information technology or related
  
• 15 years of relevant experience from multi-national organizations, account management, ideally from an insurance company, or a Shared services / Service Provider organization.
  
• Knowledge of the existing IT and process landscape, standards, and organization
  
• Understanding of products and services
  
• Engaging in customer relationship, deep understanding of OE strategy and challenges and providing customer insights
  
• Applying moderation and presentation techniques to various levels
  
• Customer-centric mind set; Transparent & fact-based collaboration
  
• Fluent in English
