Overview

The Account Manager plays a crucial role in our organization responsible for building and maintaining strong and longlasting customer relationships. The individual in this position will be instrumental in achieving sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Account Manager will work collaboratively with various internal teams to meet customer needs and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts
  • Understand customer needs and objectives to enhance customer experience
  • Identify new business opportunities with existing clients
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the companys growth
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Prepare reports on account status
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets
  • Resolve issues and handle complaints in a timely manner
  • Conduct business reviews to ensure clients ongoing satisfaction
  • Forecast and track account metrics
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans
  • Manage and interpret customer requirements
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Sales or related field
  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager or relevant role
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate present and influence credibly and effectively
  • Experience in delivering clientfocused solutions based on customer needs
  • Demonstrated proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
  • Excellent listening negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize multitask and manage time effectively
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Indepth understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Ability to deliver results under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Positive and energetic attitude with a high level of initiative
  • Willingness to travel as required
  • Strategic thinking and problemsolving skills
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
