Tasks

• Develop and maintain relationships with club members to ensure their satisfaction and retention
• Manage member accounts including billing payments and membership upgrades
• Coordinate and oversee club events and activities to promote member engagement
• Collaborate with club staff to provide excellent customer service and resolve member inquiries or issues
• Contribute to the growth and success of the club through sales and marketing initiatives

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience
• Proven track record of successful account management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Knowledge of golf industry is a plus
