Who we are looking for

As part of a global team you will take care after our european customers. Your tasks include the support of our customers the maintenance of a close customer relationship and the upselling/expansion of your accounts.

You have an interest in our international clients and in our industry. Plunet customers are leading translation agencies government organizations and NGOs as well as large international industrial and service companies. Plunet sales is characterized by intensive and customeroriented project business so you should enjoy supporting your team successfully. If you are openminded you are always welcome to visit your customers on site to make new contacts and get to know exciting people and companies.

You will gain interesting insights into our business processes in various areas of the company and are always welcome to shape them further with us.

Tasks

  • For our existing customers you are the first point of contact in all matters.
  • Through active relationship management you build on existing business relationships to increase customer satisfaction and achieve the set sales targets.
  • You understand the business goals and needs of our customers and how they can be achieved through the use of our products.
  • You are independently responsible for complaint management and support our customers with simple user questions.
  • You give webinars and product presentations for our software functions and modules. You expand and optimize our processes in existing customer care.
  • In addition you work together with interdisciplinary teams (such as product management marketing implementation and others).

Requirements

  • You have a very good German and English skills written and spoken.
  • You have acquired your knowledge and skills during training or studies in the commercial field. Career changers with motivation and organizational skills are also welcome!
  • Ideally you have gained some experience in customer contact.
  • If you have industry knowledge and a technical understanding thats an advantage.
  • Your affinity for numbers and careful working methods help you in your work with data in data research and data analysis.
  • You enjoy and are enthusiastic about working with and presenting software live via the Internet at conferences and onsite at prospective customers.
  • Equipped with social competence and a communicative nature you win the sympathy and trust of your work environment.
  • You want to contribute with a lot of commitment to a strongly growing company.
  • You are open outgoing and enjoy working in a team.
  • You work proactively independently conscientiously and in a structured manner and are always keen to develop yourself further.
  • You have already worked in agile teams and working with remote teams is no challenge for you.
