Account Manager [Europe]

To achieve our ambitious goals, we re seeking an Account Manager with Business Analyst quality:
Your mission at Yellow:

• Communicate with clients:
  • To understand their needs and explain product value and execute instructions in a timely manner;
  • To build relationships with clients based on trust and respect;
  • To resolve complaints and prevent additional issues by improving processes.
• Conducting research to improve business:
  1. Analyze customer needs and behavior data and determine how operations can be altered to improve service and increase the value of our business;
  2. Maintain updated knowledge of company products and services and industry trends.
• Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment:
  1. In part., communicate with the dev team to upgrade, request a new feature system, or bug fix.
• Conduct business operations including specializing in using our tools to serve clients:
  1. Update system configs, and set up the system according to requirements/instructions in a timely manner.
• Report and monitoring:
  1. Provide progress reports to senior management and clients;
  2. Keep accurate records pertaining to inventory and account notes;
  3. Monitor product inventory;
  4. Monitor system and client performance on a daily basis.

Qualifications and Special Requirements:

• Good communication skills in English both orally and written.
• Skill in building relationships with clients based on trust and respect.
• Be able to act asasolution adviser during pre-sales and project phases.
• Knowledge of general business software; proficiency in spreadsheets for database query and report, basic diagram tool, and basic JIRA/task management software.
• Aptitude to learn new applications eg. trading platforms.
• Understanding of cryptocurrency business and basic crypto trading.
• Basic crypto wallets, crypto trading platforms/exchanges knowledge/experience.
• Skill in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures, formulating policy, and developing and implementing new strategies and techniques.
• Understanding of basic accounting.
• Be able tomulti-task and manage the details while keeping aneye onthe big picture.
