Overview:

The Account Manager & Assistant plays a key role in managing and developing client accounts as well as providing administrative support to the account management team. This position is essential for ensuring client satisfaction and retention as well as for facilitating smooth operations within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture client relationships to achieve client satisfaction and retention
  • Support account managers in daily administrative tasks such as preparing reports and maintaining client files
  • Assist in the development and implementation of account plans and strategies
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services to clients
  • Monitor account performance and identify opportunities to upsell or crosssell
  • Address client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports to clients
  • Participate in client meetings and contribute to discussions on account management
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals and contracts
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support client acquisition and retention efforts

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field
  • Proven experience in account management sales or customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
  • Demonstrated negotiation and problemsolving skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to analyze data and trends
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
