David Kennedy Recruitment partnered with a fastgrowing delivery service provider to find an Account Management Team Leader.The successful candidate will play a key role in the partners experience.

Position: Account Management Team Leader

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and build a highperforming account management team
• Train and motivate the Account Management team
• Assure your team establishes excellent relationships with B2B partners through consistent and proactive communication identifying their needs and building engagement (partner meetings and business reviews)
• Evaluate follow up and build reports of your teams portfolio and KPIs periodically.
• Take action to reach your goals and company OKRs
• Help your team draw and execute plans making your partners grow through fixing the assortment basics marketing activations within different channels overall sales growth
• Ensure that the company is working alongside the best possible partners
• Improve revenue by signing longterm visibility deals renegotiating current conditions and introducing new assets
• Understand build action plans and follow up on churned and inactive partners
Improve operational execution with partners by making sure we always deliver the best service to partners and customers

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 4 years of experience in highperformance account management
• Previous work experience in a startup / highdemanding environment is preferred
• Team leadership skills and experience at least 1 year
• Strong commercial and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Highly motivated resultsdriven strategic thinker with strong leadership and business fundamentals
• Strong communication abilities with ability to influence and drive change
• Understand and contribute to the countrys strategy and P&L
• Effective English written and communication skill
