    Account Executive Technology Staffing Job Description

    Access Global Group is a Summit level Salesforce Partner. We are a global Technology Services and Technology Consulting company based in the US Canada and India.

    Our solutions vary from client to client and experience with integrating Salesforce is necessary to meet project objectives while supporting clients individually unique and expanding business objectives.

    Position Overview (What you will be doing)

  • Participate and lead Client calls get timely feedback from clients about candidates submitted and provide Clients with analytics and reporting.
  • Ability to manage client relationships at all levels including growth through new job farming activities and client referrals
  • Develop a strong understanding of the job requisitions provided by clients after analyzing employers requirements identifying technical skills and contextualizing domain/business needs
  • Conduct intake calls with hiring managers and build recruitment insights for our internal recruitment team.
  • Generating a pipeline that leads to closed revenue and quota attainment
  • Building credibility and trust while influencing buying decisions
  • Generating interest and landing accounts by outbound strategy while becoming an expert in various industries
  • Uncovering business initiatives and pain points to map back our solutions
  • Researching and understanding various lines of business and personas
  • QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Handson experience with staffing client prospecting staffing client relationship building and understanding full lifecycle recruiting within the IT space in the Staffing/Recruitment industry (Obtaining new market share clients scheduling meetings w/ hiring managers sales & account farming etc.)
    • Obtaining and managing a large list of hybrid net new and install accounts with a focus on hunting new business
    • Strength in customer service with the ability to manage partnerships and maintain relationships in fastpaced sometimes tense situations with multiple parties
    • Advanced technical knowledge and interest in learning about new technologies.
    • Technical knowledge and interest in learning about new technologies
    • Entrepreneurial with the ability to understand challenges and find a way to solve them using a variety of tactics and tools
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including proficiency in writing succinct and effective emails without grammatical or spelling errors are essential for this role
    • Proficiency using Google Meet/Zoom etc. to organize virtual meetings with clients or recruiters
    • Intermediatelevel knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Microsoft Word
    • Organized and methodical; strong prioritization and negotiation skills
    • Have a sense of urgency with strong organizational and followup skills
    • Ambitious selfmotivated and relationshipdriven
    • Ability to work effectively independently and with team members
    • Ability to travel as needed (approximately 10%)
