Job Overview:

Bumblebee Recruiting on behalf of our esteemed Canadian client is seeking a dynamic Account Executive to join their remote team. This role offers the chance to spearhead the entire sales lifecycle leveraging a range of vital SaaS tools. Youll focus on generating qualifying and closing new business opportunities within your designated territory backed by the support of your Team Lead and the SDR and Marketing teams.




Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Lead SMB and MidMarket acquisition through solutionbased selling.
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure supported by SDR CSM and Marketing teams.
Collaborate with SDRs to generate qualified leads.
Conduct outbound calls and emails to selfsource new opportunities.
Surpass monthly revenue targets.
Maintain a robust pipeline and ensure accurate updates in Salesforce.

Qualifications:

12 years of B2B closing experience preferably in tech sales.
Demonstrated ability in selling to SMBs with extra consideration for experience in Retail Auto Medical Home Services or Professional Services sectors.
Proven track record in prospecting new markets and lead generation.
Capability to manage rapid sales cycles.
History of achieving and exceeding monthly revenue goals.
Outstanding presentation and pitching skills.

A minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in a SaaS environment. Ambitious and driven individual with a clear vision for personal and professional success. Demonstrated leadership skills, with a strong desire for self-improvement and the ability to consistently perform against KPIs and quotas. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proactive self-starter who can effectively manage multiple priorities and act quickly and accurately. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and forge relationships with team members, management, and external partners. Operates with authenticity, integrity, and professionalism, while fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment. Thrives in a remote work environment and can effectively manage time and productivity using the company's mandatory time tracking software. Experience working with Zoho CRM or similar customer relationship management software is preferred.
