Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic highly motivated and resultsdriven Account Executive to join our Solutions team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through strategic account management and new business development efforts.

This role offers an exciting opportunity for to help build and launch an exciting new venture where you will be at the forefront of forging new relationships with highprofile clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to identify potential clients build strong relationships and achieve sales targets and expand customer base
  • Proactively network attend industry events leverage new and existing relationships and establish unique channels to expand the organizations client base
  • Build and maintain strong longlasting customer relationships
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate directly with leadership to develop and execute effective business development strategies
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure client needs are met
  • Maintain and nurture newly developed client accounts to maximize satisfaction and opportunities for growth

Requirements:
  • Experience in sales account management or business development
  • Exceptional interpersonal and networking skills with a natural ability to connect
  • Selfstarter mentality with the ability to operate independently with minimal oversight
  • Demonstrated business acumen passion for achieving sales targets and ability to negotiate effectively
  • Impeccable organizational skills excellent communicator and a meticulous attention to detail
  • Strategic and innovative individual who can think outsidethebox to create unique avenues for building a network and bringing in new clients
  • Bachelors degree preferred Associates degree required
  • Local to the Fort Lauderdale / Miami area with reliable transportation
