Account Executive

1. Managing financial transactions: Recording daily financial transactions including purchases sales receipts and payments.
2. Financial statements: Preparing financial statements such as balance sheets profit and loss statements and cash flow statements.
3. Budgeting: Assisting in budget preparation and management activities.
4. Tax compliance: Ensuring compliance with tax regulations and filing of tax returns.
5. Cost analysis: Analyzing costs of production raw materials and other expenses.
6. Inventory management: Monitoring inventory levels and reconciling inventory discrepancies.
7. Financial analysis: Conducting financial analysis and providing recommendations based on findings.
8. Auditing: Assisting in internal and external audits.
9. Payroll: Processing payroll and maintaining employee records related to payroll.
10. Financial reporting: Preparing and presenting financial reports to management.
